Joe - I'll post some video when I get a chance to do so. Unfortunately, my time is very limited these days.

I wanted to try this and legs ab massacre but a lot of the workouts i am not familiar with.
For example for this one I don't know what 4 Corners, Sumo Chair, Egan Brothers are. I was wondering if you could post a video on this site or youtube of you demonstrating the workout so i could just follow while you do it.

great workout mark I just printed it going to try it on the start of phase 3!
But is this a good substitute for plyo x? O was also thinking on mixing pure cardio insanity instead of plyo x which one do you think is better pure cardio, plyo legs plus or plyo x?

I was in attendance at this class. It was awesome, much more difficult than I had anticipated, but well worth doing. I'm 47 and completed my first 90 day series of P90X in May of this year, and continue to doing many of the P90X routines, including Plyo, as well as some free weights and alot of extra running. Currently in week 3 of round 2 of P90X. Didn't have any idea what the class was going to be like, but I wanted to see how I compared to others. The intensity, speed, and number of reps in Mark's class was so much more than the plyo / legs workouts in P90X. Thank you, Mark, you did a super job, and I see a whole new level of various/different routines in my future.
