Hassan - My judgement of a good workout is this: If I feel nausea within the last 15 minutes of the workout, I pushed hard enough - if I actually hurl, I pushed too hard. You found the too hard stage - now just scale it back slightly!! Way to BRING IT Bro!

This is again a great hybrid. I like the fact there are 3 speeds - so there's built in rest but it's not complete rest normally except the 30 seconds. I did skip the 30 second break between sets a few times. But it's tough - as tough as you make it of course! A gymboss interval timer was my friend for this - thanks to Mike French for that pointer. Whole thing was somewhere around 40 mins.

Hey Mark, quick question, or two. Will you be at the Omaha camp if they have it? And also, is it now taboo to talk about TH camps on the BB website? I know last year there were threads just for the camps and a of people talking about them. This year, nothing. Thanks for any help my friend.

Hey Mark. WOW! Did this workout for the first time today. This is awesome! I wish they'd make this into a vid as well.

One of my weaknesses is that I just really can NOT workout without Tony. I need to have him to push me. I take the DVDs with me when I travel. Which is rarely thank goodness. I put in my Plyo Legs DVD and had it playing while I was doing this, just to have TH with me and some music to listen to.

I didn't really expect to get through it. I think I was a bit intimidated and can maybe push myself a little harder next time, although I didn't dog it by any means. I need to put my heart monitor on next time. I didn't do it today. But just checking with my timer, it was in the 170 range. Not bad for an almost 50 year-old.

Hey, since I mentioned popping in the DVD just to work along with, have you heard anyone suggest putting out a CD of the Jason Scheff music tracks that are on P90X PLUS and One on One? And the music from P90X for that matter. I would sure buy it and I'll bet a lot of other Xers would as well.

Thanks again Mark. Stay well.
